When one of our valued customers faced a difficult decision about their aging air conditioning unit, it was clear they needed help. Their 15-year-old system was no longer reliable, and the cost of repairs would be significant. The logical choice was to replace it, but financial limitations made that option seem out of reach.  

Unsure of what to do, they turned to their son for advice. He reached out to our Oasis team, speaking directly with David, one of our dedicated team members. That conversation sparked an incredible act of generosity.  

David assured the family, “Don’t worry about it—we’re going to take care of you.” Thanks to our partnership with Trane, Oasis was able to provide and install a brand-new air conditioning system at no cost.
